We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with the Hatman company.
If you are not happy with any product you ordered, we will replace it, or exchange it, or offer to refund the purchase price of your merchandise. Here is how a return or exchange works.
Only new and unworn merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Any merchandise that arrives after the 14 day period will only be eligible for an exchange or credit note. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage to Hatman. For your own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to track your packages and to ensure the packages are signed for upon delivery to Hatman. We will ship even exchanges back to you at no additional costs. Additional shipping charges may apply if the exchange order is larger than the original order.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Hatman will cover any additional postage costs incurred.
International customers WILL be responsible for all shipping costs. Exchange shipping costs are the same as the original. Please note, we do NOT accept cheques.
