The Hatman Website Refund Policy
Any product returned within 7 days of reciept, may be refunded,
providing it is returned in the condition sold, and has not
been worn. Statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery Information and Costs
Changing your order
You can amend your order up to three hours after placing
the initial order. And we will happily make any of the following
changes to your order: Dispatch name or address, billing name
or address, add or remove products, delivery method, or cancelling
the order. If however your order has entered our dispatching
process we will not make any changes.
Delivery Times
Standard
For mainland UK we aim to deliver within three working days
following the date your order is placed. For orders placed
between noon on a Thursday and the end of the weekend (or
Bank Holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within five
working days.
Express
For mainland UK we aim to deliver the next day if your order
is placed before 12pm (noon), Monday to Thursday. For orders
placed between 12pm on a Thursday and the end of the weekend
(or Bank Holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within
two working days.
If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the
Highlands and Islands please allow extra time for delivery.
Delivery Areas
Mainland UK addresses. We also take orders for delivery to
the Channel Islands, BFPO and international addresses.

For International Orders Prices will be given on request.

What the data will be used for?
1. Your data will enable us to fulfill your order and to
notify you about important functionality changes.

our products, services, promotions and special offers. If
you do not wish to receive email newsletters simply unsubscribe
from the email at any time or send an email in each case writing
"unsubscribe" in the subject heading.
3. We comply with the standards, procedures and requirements

personal information you give us is kept secure and processed
fairly and lawfully.
4. We will never make our mailing list available to other
companies whose products and services may be of interest to

5. In assessing your request for goods or services, we may
use your information for the purposes of the prevention and
detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose
your address details is to check against the IMRG Security
Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where
we disclose your information it will remain secure. If you
believe your details are incorrect you may correct those details
by following the procedure set out in our privacy policy.
Customer Feedback
By providing your details on our website, you consent to
the information you give us being processed for any of the
purposes we have explained above except where we have received
your "unsubscribe email" or you have checked the

Payment Options
You can pay by Visa, Delta/Connect, Maestro, MasterCard,
Solo or Electron.
Your card will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched
to the delivery address. On the date of dispatch we will contact
you by email confirming date, items and delivery information
of your order.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and
are correct at the time of entering the information onto the
system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products
ordered plus the delivery charge.
Please note that we will be unable to change from a residential
address to a business address once the order has been dispatched.
Credit Card Validation
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks
and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your
payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise
payment then we will notify you by email and not dispatch
the order.
